Pour The Decipher Volumes, Wulf compile les deux premiers opus de Decipher sortis en 2012 et en ajoute un troisième. Vrai pas en avant par rapport à Antagonist, l'objectif de cette compilation n'est pas de déchiffrer une machine ou un ordinateur : Neurotech se déchiffre lui-même, ouvrant progressivement son cyber metal à une sorte d'electronica metal et ça se remarque par les voix — celle de Wulf devenant de plus en plus humaine, chantée, et celle cristalline de Tanja Ravljen.

This is one of my favorite Neurotech albums.
I really like the riffs in the first part of this album. And the awesome sound effects in the first intro track opening this great piece of a release, it’s really a impressive work as for the provided

Comment un artiste peut changer à ce point tout en restant lui-même ? C'est une question que vous vous poserez sûrement en écoutant Infra Versus Ultra qui pourrait faire passer Antagonist pour un lointain souvenir. Adieu les cris robotiques, adieu le cyber metal abrasif : Wulf adopte le chant clair et les ambiances futuristes ("The Longest Time", "When the Night Falls") tout en restant industriel ("Transcendantal").
